Important — read before you submit your file
Our handkerchiefs are finished with a traditional rolled hem — 1 inch on all four sides. This means 1 inch of your design on each side will be folded and sewn and will not be visible on the finished product.
Do extend your background design to fill the full canvas (including the 1" hem area on all sides).
19" finished → submit 20" × 20" · safe design area: approx. 18" × 18"
22" finished → submit 23" × 23" · safe design area: approx. 21" × 21"
If your file has elements in the hem area, we will notify you before printing. You will need to revise and resubmit. We are not responsible for elements that fall within the hem area after your proof approval.

Will it arrive before my wedding?
Production takes 5–10 business days after proof approval, and shipping to major US cities is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch. Customs clearance and remote areas may require additional time. Wedding dates cannot be moved — so please contact us before ordering and we'll confirm your timeline for your date.
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. For US orders, customs duties and taxes are paid by us and already included in the price shown at checkout. Nothing is charged on delivery.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number is provided as soon as your order ships so you can follow every step of your delivery.
Will the print look exactly like my file?
We send you a PDF proof before printing. We print at 300 DPI — your colors and details are reproduced faithfully. We work with you until your proof is exactly right. We never print without your explicit confirmation.

What if my file has a problem?
If we find any issue — resolution, hem overlap, color mode, or anything else — we'll contact you with clear instructions before anything is printed. You revise and resubmit. We never print a file with known issues.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF, AI, PSD, TIFF, PNG, and JPG. All files must be 300 DPI at the correct canvas size including hem. PDF (Press Quality) recommended for best results within the 50MB upload limit.
What color mode should I use?
CMYK is preferred for most accurate color reproduction. RGB files are accepted but may show slight color variation in print.
What is the minimum order quantity?
10 pieces — our minimum for consistent quality and the best price per unit.
What is the fabric like?
100% premium cotton, 60-count thread. Soft, breathable, and substantial — not the thin, scratchy kind. Gentle cycle or hand wash recommended.
Is it machine washable?
Gentle cycle or hand wash recommended to keep colors vivid for years to come. Machine wash on delicate cycle is acceptable, but hand wash is preferred for longevity.
Where are the handkerchiefs made?
Handcrafted in Korea and shipped directly to your door in the United States. US customs and taxes are paid by us — nothing is charged on delivery.
