Korea via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — 
no hidden fees, no customs charges upon arrival.

Production Time:
We review your file within 24 hours 
(business days). Production typically takes 
10–15 business days after proof approval.

Shipping Time:
Approximately 5–7 business days to 
major US cities after dispatch.
Hawaii and Alaska may require additional 
transit time.

Total Estimated Timeline:
Approximately 3–4 weeks from proof approval 
to delivery. Timelines are estimates and 
may vary. Timeline starts after proof approval.

Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided once 
your order ships.

Weekend & Holiday Orders:
Orders submitted on weekends or holidays
