Our handkerchiefs are finished with a traditional rolled hem — 1 inch on all four sides. This means 1 inch of your design on each side will be folded and sewn and will NOT be visible on the finished product.

💰 Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. We ship DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. All taxes and duties are fully included in the price you pay today. No surprise charges. Ever.
📦 Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number is provided as soon as your order ships so you can follow every step of your delivery.
🎨 Will the print look exactly like my file?
We send you a PDF proof before printing. We print at 300 DPI — your colors and details are reproduced faithfully. We work with you until your proof is exactly right. We never print without your explicit confirmation.

🔧 What if my file has a problem?
If we find any issue — resolution, hem overlap, color mode, or anything else — we'll contact you with clear instructions before anything is printed. You revise and resubmit. We never print a file with known issues.
📁 What file formats do you accept?
PDF, AI, PSD, TIFF, PNG, and JPG. All files must be 300 DPI at the correct canvas size including hem. PDF (Press Quality) recommended for best results within the 50MB upload limit.
🖥 What color mode should I use?
CMYK is preferred for most accurate color reproduction. RGB files are accepted but may show slight color variation in print.
