All sizes refer to finished size after hem. The extra 1" on each side is the bleed/hem area.

Production & shipping
Production: 5–10 business days from proof approval. Shipping: express courier with tracking — standard transit to major US cities is approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking number provided at shipment. US customs and taxes paid by us for US orders. Nothing is charged on delivery.
Note: Customs clearance, remote areas (including Hawaii and Alaska), and peak seasons may require additional transit time.
Important — read before submitting your file
Our products are finished with a traditional rolled hem — 1 inch on all four sides. Fabric folds back and is sewn for a clean, durable edge. This area will not be visible on the finished product.
Do extend your background to fill the full submitted canvas (including the 1" hem area on all sides).
22" finished → submit 23" × 23" → safe design area: ~20" × 20"
27" finished → submit 28" × 28" → safe design area: ~25" × 25"
If your file has elements in the hem area, we will contact you before printing. We are not responsible for elements in the hem area after your proof approval.

Production takes 5–10 business days after proof approval. Shipping is by express courier with tracking — standard transit to major US cities is approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch. Do you offer rush orders?

Are duties and taxes included?
Yes — for US orders, customs duties and taxes are paid by us and already included in the price shown at checkout. Nothing is charged on delivery. For non-US destinations, contact us for details.

Will the colors match our brand guidelines?
We print at 300 DPI with consistent color reproduction. PDF proof sent before production. CMYK recommended. Slight color variation may occur depending on screen settings and fabric characteristics. We work with you until your proof is exactly right.
What if our file has an issue?
We contact you with clear instructions before anything is printed. You revise and resubmit. We never print a file with known issues.

PDF, AI, PSD, TIFF, PNG, JPG (Max 50MB). 300 DPI at correct canvas size. PDF (Press Quality) recommended.
