To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing any products, you may be required to provide certain information such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services you purchase will meet your expectations or be identical to what is displayed or described in our online store. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - CUSTOM ORDERS AND PROOF APPROVAL

When you place an order, you are expressing your intent to purchase. ERANG FABRIC reserves the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance of your order. Payment must be received and processed before your order is accepted.

Our products are custom-manufactured to your submitted design. After your order is placed, you upload your design file and we review it. We then send you a PDF proof for your written approval. No production begins until you approve your proof. Because production begins only after your approval and each item is made to your specification, cancellation or modification requests cannot be accommodated once you have approved your proof.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights and licenses to the artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, and other materials you submit, and that these materials do not infringe the rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify ERANG FABRIC against any claim arising from the materials you submit. We reserve the right to decline any file that appears to infringe third-party rights or that violates applicable law.

Products purchased through the Services may be used for personal, household, promotional, or corporate purposes, including branded merchandise and event distribution. Resale of our products as-is without customization requires our prior written consent.

Your purchase may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.

For orders shipped to the United States, posted prices include shipping, duties, and import taxes (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). No additional customs charges are payable on delivery. For destinations outside the United States, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import duties unless otherwise stated.

Prices posted in our online store may differ from prices offered in physical stores or in other stores operated online or by others. From time to time we may offer promotions that may affect the Services, and such promotions are governed by terms separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will apply. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, transaction, and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING

All shipping and production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance procedures, or events beyond our control.

Title passes to you once the product is transferred to the carrier. If your order arrives significantly damaged in transit, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with photographs, and we will remake or refund the affected items in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our website and its content, including but not limited to all brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and their design, selection, and arrangement, are owned by ERANG FABRIC, its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected by United States and foreign patent, copyright, and other laws. These Terms permit you to access and view our website content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our website without our prior written consent.

This restriction applies to our website content only and does not restrict your use of products you purchase from us, which is governed by Section 3.

ERANG FABRIC's name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ERANG FABRIC or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use these marks without ERANG FABRIC's prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ERANG FABRIC.

You retain all rights to the artwork and photographs you submit for production. We use your submitted materials solely to produce your order and do not display, reproduce, or distribute them for marketing or any other purpose without your prior written consent.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered as part of the Services that we neither monitor nor have any control or input over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional tools. Any use of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which the relevant provider offers the tools.

The Services may contain material and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any materials or websites you choose to access. ERANG FABRIC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchase transactions in our store are made directly with ERANG FABRIC. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales activity between you and ERANG FABRIC, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from products or services you purchase. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with ERANG FABRIC.

Feedback does not include design files, photographs, or artwork submitted for production, which are governed by Section 6.

Occasionally there may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

You may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes.
