REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At ERANG FABRIC, every handkerchief is custom-printed to order just for you. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be completely happy with your order.
OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE
If your order arrives with a defect or does not match your approved proof, we will make it right. You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 14 days of delivery for any of the following:
- Manufacturing defects (fabric flaws, stitching issues)
- Printing errors caused by us
- Items significantly damaged in transit
- Significant deviation from your approved PDF proof
HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE
1. Email us at support@erangfabrics.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include clear photos showing the issue
3. We will respond within 1 business day
HOW WE RESOLVE CONFIRMED ISSUES
Once a defect is confirmed, we will either:
- Reprint and reship your order at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund (including original shipping) to your original payment method within 10 business days
We will provide a free return shipping label for any confirmed defect. Please wait for our written confirmation before shipping any item back.
WHAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE
Because each item is custom-made only after you approve your digital proof, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Change of mind after PDF proof approval
- Issues caused by customer-supplied design files (low resolution, incorrect colors, missing bleed or hem allowance)
- Minor color variations within standard CMYK printing tolerance — printed colors may differ slightly from on-screen RGB display
- Edits requested after production has begun
We review every file within 24 hours (business days) and send a digital proof before printing, so you can confirm everything looks right before we begin.
